Who is Clubwire for?

Football clubs, from grassroots to professional, through Club Pro, and academies, soccer schools and coaching providers through Academy.

What does Stan do?

Stan is Clubwire's AI assistant. He builds a checked picture of your organisation, keeps it current and uses it to prepare drafts, suggestions and tasks for your team.

Can we keep our existing website?

Often, yes. Clubwire can publish match pages to an existing Webflow site and connects to tools such as Stripe, Mailchimp and Twilio. The Integrations page lists what works today.

How do bookings and payments work?

Academy takes card payments, subscriptions and refunds through your own Stripe account. Clubs keep their current ticket provider, and Clubwire tracks the ticket clicks.

What does headless mean?

The design people see can change while the content and services behind it keep working together.

What do our staff control?

Your team sets permissions and approves what goes live. Finances, safeguarding and personal records stay with people.

How is information kept up to date?

Staff add and correct information, football data comes from supported feeds, and Stan flags anything missing or out of date.

Is our data secure?

Each customer has a separate database and logins, staff use two-step sign-in and actions are logged. Ask us for the full detail.

Will it get us found on Google or ChatGPT?

We build clear, structured pages that search engines and AI services can read. Nobody can guarantee rankings or recommendations.

How much does it cost?

Academy Standard is £149 a month, Academy Premium £279 and Club Pro £379, each with a one-off set-up fee. Our first 10 customers get founding prices from £109 a month. See the Pricing page for the detail.
